Team 1: Fullstack Developers and UX-Designer for AI Project

Location: Stavanger-based consultants is preferred, but other locations may also be considered. Some travel to Stavanger should be expected, at least in the beginning.

Background
On behalf of our client, we’re looking for a team consisting of 2 fullstack developers and 1 UX designer. You can apply for a single role or propose a complete team. It’s a plus if the entire team comes from the same vendor.

It’s also a strong plus if the consultant(s) are based in Stavanger, but other locations are possible. In that case, some travel to Stavanger should be expected.

The team will include the following roles: UX Designer and 2 Full-Stack Developers. It is highly beneficial if one of the developers has architecture and leadership experience and can take on a team lead–type role.

About the project
The project is about combining AI technology and e-learning to help healthcare professionals use simulation not just for training, but to improve entire healthcare systems - aiming for better adoption, measurable impact, and global scaling.

Role 1: UX Designer

Skills

• Prototyping at multiple fidelity levels (early feedback, iteration)
• Experience with Figma
• Rapid iteration based on testing and feedback
• Translating insights into concrete design improvements
• Designing the end-to-end user journey—connecting business goals, user needs, and technical constraints
• Experience with design systems and component libraries for cross-product consistency
• Collaboration with developers to ensure feasible solutions
• Familiarity with AI-driven features (nice to have)
• Strategic and innovative mindset
• Strong verbal and visual communication (English)

Deliverables

• Test plans, protocols, insight reports
• Wireframes, prototypes, and user-journey flows
• Presentations

Role 2: Developer – Building Blocks

Skills

• Full-stack: frontend + backend
• C# .NET, React, modern frontend technologies
• Database design, implementation, and optimization
• Cloud architectures, distributed systems
• Microsoft Azure
• Authentication and authorization (OAuth2, JWT)
• CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• RESTful API development
• Chatbot UIs and admin dashboards in React (nice to have)
• AI APIs (OpenAI, Azure AI, Hugging Face) (nice to have)
• Prompt engineering / RAG (nice to have)

Deliverables

• Development of reusable components encapsulating conversational logic
• Ensure compatibility and reuse across use cases
• Collaboration with internal AI and systems teams

Role 3: Developer – S2I

Skills

• Full-stack: frontend + backend
• C# .NET, React, modern frontend technologies
• Database design and optimization
• Cloud architectures and distributed systems
• Microsoft Azure
• AI APIs (OpenAI, Azure AI, Hugging Face)
• Prompt engineering and AI integrations
• CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• RESTful API, authentication (OAuth2, JWT)
• Automated testing and debugging

Deliverables

• Frontend and backend components based on designs/requirements
• Setup and operation of CI/CD pipelines
• Iterative development with feedback from pilots/stakeholders
• Integration of AI components and chatbot interfaces
• Collaboration with product and UX teams
