Background
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a senior frontend developer with strong expertise in WebGL.
About the project
The client has an existing website built with WebGL. While the solution is functional, it requires a technical update to ensure performance, compatibility, and maintainability for the years to come.
Goals
The goal of the project is to rewrite the current frontend code into a modern and future-proof standard while retaining the existing design and functionality. The updated solution should deliver improved performance and stability across both desktop and mobile devices, and it should be reliable enough to remain in operation for at least the next five years.
Tasks
- Analyze the existing code in collaboration with the previous developer.
- Rewrite and optimize the WebGL part of the solution.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance across relevant platforms.
- Produce documentation for future operations and maintenance.
Must have qualifications
- Solid experience with frontend development.
- Strong expertise in WebGL.
- Experience with modern frameworks and tools for web development.
