Business Analyst
This Swedish client is on a journey to digitalize its business, and we are seeking individuals for various positions within the people domain to support this transformation.
As part of this journey, the Recruitment & Sourcing team is undergoing a transformation, transitioning from legacy technology to innovative solutions. Simultaneously, they are in the process of implementing a new solution for their co-workers.
The scope of this project is:
-Facilitate and lead workshops with local country teams, guiding discussions on Recruitment & Sourcing topics.
-Gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements, including both functional and non-functional aspects for technical services.
-Play an active role in solution design, conducting local design sessions to walk stakeholders through the proposed solution.
-Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication and ensuring a clear understanding of business requirements.
Requirements:
-Strong knowledge of HR solutions.
-Understanding of Recruitment and Onboarding processes.
-Knowledge of Avature ATS
-Experience working on transformation projects.
Location: onsite 3 days/ week in Helsingborg, Sweden
