Technology Architect

We're supporting a major Swedish client in delivering a critical ESG initiative aligned with new CSRD reporting requirements. As part of this effort, they’re strengthening their Technology Architecture team within the Business Support Domain – responsible for the Business, Data, IT Application, and Technology Architecture across ESG.

We're looking for an experienced Technology Architect to help shape and implement the future-state architecture for ESG reporting and operations. You’ll work in a cross-functional digital delivery team alongside Digital Leads and Architects to define application and infrastructure architecture, ensure alignment across the technology landscape, and drive integration with legacy systems and platforms like SAP.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop architecture direction and solutions for ESG areas.

Define product boundaries and capability placement across the tech landscape.

Align enterprise data and information flows in a canonical format.

Resolve complex architecture issues tied to significant landscape changes.

Collaborate closely with the Digital Lead Architect and report to the Enterprise Architect.

What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years leading architecture work, including 4+ years in Enterprise Architecture.

Strong background in ESG/CSRD reporting from a business, data, and tech perspective.

Experience in global enterprises, ideally in retail, CPG, or manufacturing.

Proven ability to influence across levels—from engineers to domain leads.

Skilled at navigating legacy systems and modern platforms in complex environments.

Excellent communicator with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
