Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and implementation of a data governance framework aligned with the Microsoft Fabric adoption framework.
• Define data ownership, data stewardship, and data quality standards. Establish a data product mindset and promote data sharing while maintaining security
• Establish clear data management processes and procedures.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to engage users and stakeholders.
• Drive change management initiatives to ensure business involvement and successful adoption of the new governance framework.
• Define and implement new data roles within the business.
• Provide guidance on data privacy and security compliance.

Experience and Skills:
• Proven broad experience in establishing data governance frameworks within similar organizations.
• Deep understanding of data management best practices and principles.
• Extensive stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong experience with change management methodologies with the capability to make a difference
•Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Purview and its governance capabilities preferred
