Role: AI Enablement Lead / Partner
We are looking for an AI Enablement Lead for a global leader in measurement instruments.
This project focuses on driving AI enablement and workflow optimization within product engineering teams, with a specialized emphasis on hardware-adjacent and embedded systems environments. Operating as a bridge between technical AI tools and agile engineering processes, the objective is to eliminate organizational friction, redesign development workflows, and mentor teams to achieve concrete, measurable productivity gains through modern AI integration.
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 month (High probability of extension to an open-ended (permanent) contract)
Location: 2-3 days on-site in Vantaa office
Language: English (Finnish is plus)
Tech-wise we're looking for:
- GitHub Copilot
- Claude Code
- Agentic workflows & modern AI development tools
- Embedded software and systems engineering practices
Soft-skills we're looking for:
- Agile coaching & enablement sprint/hackathon facilitation
- Tailored workshop design & targeted team upskilling
- Process optimization & workflow redesign
- Change management & organizational empathy
- Commercial mindset with a strong focus on ROI and engineering productivity metrics
Other: Proven experience working alongside embedded software development teams to align AI adoption directly with active project epics and backlogs.
