Role: Senior SharePoint Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior SharePoint Developer for a client within the property and asset management industry. The core scope of this project is to build a secure, visually polished, and highly isolated Client Reporting Portal in SharePoint, serving as the primary gateway for external clients to access reports, data, and documentation. The role requires leading the technical development in alignment with strict brand guidelines, implementing intelligent search functionalities, developing metadata-driven document management, and integrating Power BI standard reporting while managing robust security and access controls via Microsoft Entra ID B2B.

Start: September 2026

Duration: 4 months

Location: Remote with occasional face-to-face meetings

Language: Professional fluency in Finnish and English (written and spoken)

Tech-wise we're looking for:

• Extensive, multi-year experience in SharePoint development and architecture at a Senior level
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID B2B / External Identities and external user identity management
• Proven experience with Power BI integrations and connecting BI environments to SharePoint portals
• Strong knowledge of advanced document management, metadata models, and SharePoint search configurations
• Ability to design and implement secure, auditable, and isolated client environments (compliance & user logging)
• Experience in designing site provisioning models, lifecycle management, and guest access review processes

• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong capability to accurately estimate and commit to workloads within a fixed-price project model
• High attention to detail regarding user interface, navigation structure, and brand alignment

Other: This is a fixed-price project where the consultant will be required to estimate and commit to a predefined workload.
