Role: IT Service Manager (Construction Industry)

We are seeking an IT Service Manager for an Environmental Solution Team within the construction industry. The core objective of the role is to generate business value by overseeing the development, support, and operation of systems dedicated to collecting and managing environmental data. In this position, you will manage the full lifecycle of these services and systems, ensure agreed service levels are met, coordinate deployments and change controls, handle budgeting and financial follow-ups, and manage external service providers while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Start: 2026-09-01

Duration: Until 2026-12-31 (extension possible)

Location: Helsinki (Hybrid, 2-3 days/week at the office)

Language: Fluent English and Finnish (Swedish is a bonus)

Tech-wise we're looking for:

• Strong experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and operations
• System and Life Cycle Management (including asset and Configuration Item management)
• Service Delivery experience, including change control and deployment of updates/releases/patches
• Experience in Service Development, requirement gathering, and transition management
• Service Provider and Supplier Management (monitoring SLAs, licenses, and support agreements)
• Experience with IT budgeting, forecasting, and financial follow-ups
• Solid overall technical understanding
