Embedded Hardware Engineer

The role
A well-established Norwegian technology company developing advanced hardware products is scaling its electronics team. This role sits at the point where hardware meets software: integrating embedded systems and making firmware and hardware work together reliably. You'll work hands-on across projects spanning early design through test and validation.
What you'll do
- Embedded systems development and integration
- Hardware/firmware integration and bring-up
- Lab work: debugging at the hardware/firmware boundary, supporting design iterations
- Collaborate closely with design and test colleagues across the development cycle
What we're looking for
- Embedded/hardware experience, open to a range of levels (mid, with room for strong juniors)
- Hands-on capability across a subset of: embedded systems; hardware/firmware integration
- Experience from product-development environments an advantage
- Comfortable with hands-on lab work and some on-site time in Vestland for testing
