Electronics Design / PCB Engineer

The role
A well-established Norwegian technology company developing advanced hardware products is scaling its electronics team. This role focuses on the design end of the chain: turning concepts and requirements into working electronics and clean, manufacturable boards. You'll work across projects at different maturity levels, from early concept through to designs heading into validation.
What you'll do
- Analog and/or digital electronics design
- PCB design and layout
- Iterate designs based on test findings and bring them toward production readiness
- Collaborate closely with embedded and test colleagues across the development cycle
What we're looking for
- Solid electronics design experience, open to a range of levels (mid, with room for strong juniors)
- Hands-on capability across a subset of: analog and/or digital design; PCB design and layout
- Experience from product-development environments an advantage
- Comfortable with hands-on lab work and some on-site time in Vestland for testing
