Lead Integration Architect
Role: Lead Integration Architect
We are looking for an experienced Lead Integration Architect to design and lead the implementation of business-critical integrations across a complex engineering, sales, and delivery landscape.
This project involves designing and leading the implementation of business-critical integrations within a complex engineering, sales, and delivery landscape for an industrial manufacturing and engineering enterprise. The objective is to connect PLM, ALM, CPQ, ERP, CRM, cloud, and analytics platforms into a cohesive ecosystem, ensuring seamless, consistent, and accessible data flows across the organization.
Start: August 2026/ ASAP
Duration: 3-month Proof of Concept initial phase, with a long-term program roadmap extending until the end of 2028.

Tech-wise we're looking for:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise integration projects and architectures.
- Strong experience designing and implementing AWS-based integration solutions (API Gateway, Lambda, EventBridge, SQS/SNS, Step Functions, ECS, S3).
- Proven experience integrating SAP S/4HANA (OData, IDoc, APIs) with enterprise applications.
- Strong knowledge of API-led (REST/GraphQL) and event-driven architecture patterns.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native integration platforms and technologies.
- Solid understanding of Master Data Management (MDM), Bill of Materials (BOM), and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts.
- Experience with Terraform, AWS CDK, CI/CD, and DevOps/Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
- Familiarity with Siemens Teamcenter/Polarion, Autodesk platforms (Fusion 360, ACC, APS), Tacton CPQ, Salesforce, and Databricks Lakehouse is highly preferred.
Soft-skills we're looking for:
- Technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Strong collaboration skills to work closely with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, developers, and external system vendors.
- Strategic architectural thinking combined with hands-on technical expertise to act as a technical expert when required.
Other: Prior experience working within Manufacturing, Energy, Industrial Equipment, or Engineer-to-Order (ETO) environments is highly preferred.
