Role: Backend / Infrastructure Developers — Macs Adventure (Digital Platform Replatforming)

We are seeking Infrastructure Developers. A digital product consultancy is replatforming the digital front end of an adventure travel provider onto a composable stack built around a central engine layer. The goal is to clearly separate content, bookings, authentication, and external services to enable faster publishing, enhanced user experience, stronger SEO, and improved platform scalability.

Start: June 2026

Duration: Until November 2026 (Go-live target)

Location: Fully Remote

Language: English

Other: Looking for 1-2 backend/infrastructure-oriented developers.
Work continues over the summer; while brief holidays are manageable, long uninterrupted summer absences cannot be accommodated.

Tech-wise we're looking for:

  • Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript
  • Experience in backend/API development and integration-heavy systems
  • Background in infrastructure work and ensuring production readiness
  • Solid experience with GraphQL, Next.js (SSR), and headless CMS implementations
  • Understanding of technical SEO and performance considerations from a platform perspective

Soft-skills:

  • Ability to operate with high autonomy and strong product ownership
  • Capacity to make decisions and drive delivery independently without relying on a client-side technical team
  • Accountability for project delivery within a fixed-budget environment
