Senior Dynamics 365 Developer

A major Nordic energy company seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer to reinforce their internal IT team. The role involves handling complex technical cases, planning solution architectures, and implementing necessary enhancements across two existing D365 CE environments to support three ongoing business projects.

Start: As soon as possible
Duration: To be negotiated (3 ongoing projects)
Location: Helsinki Capital region preferred / Remote option available
Language: Fluent English (Finnish considered an advantage)
Other: Required allocation is negotiable, ranging from 50% up to 100%. A background in consulting or project-based delivery environments is highly valued

Tech-wise we're looking for:

  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE modules (specifically - Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights: Journeys)
  • Proven expertise in customization, configuration, and solution design within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of Power Platform capabilities and limitations (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
  • Experience with system integrations, including API-based and dual-write integrations with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
  • Proficiency with data migration tools and methodologies for Dynamics 365
  • Demonstrated experience in agile software delivery, with working knowledge of Jira and Confluence
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications for a Senior D365 consultant

Soft-skills we're looking for:

  • Strong business process understanding with the ability to translate requirements into effective technical functionalities
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders across both business and IT divisions
  • High attention to detail, quality, and user experience with a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team consisting of senior and junior internal IT members
  • Experience working with multinational or distributed teams
