QA Engineer

We’re looking for a hands-on Test Engineer. The Customer is a global leader in industrial technology, and they’re looking for a specialist to strengthen their digital commerce development team. Your goal is to increase testing maturity and eliminate bottlenecks in a complex environment where modern digital commerce meets intricate back-end processes. You will work closely with the QA Lead to bring a methodological approach to testing and help build a solid foundation for future automation.

Start: ASAP or June 2026
Duration: 5–6 months (initial, potential for extension)

Location: Espoo or Tampere (Hybrid)
Tech Stack: Salesforce (FE & BE), SAP ERP, MuleSoft, API Testing

Your Responsibilities:
• Methodological Testing: Bring a structured and disciplined approach to testing within a complex, integrated ecosystem.
• End-to-End Execution: Take a hands-on role in writing test cases, tracing bugs, and ensuring the quality of integrations between cloud services and legacy systems.
• Technical Guidance: Support and guide Business Testers (non-professionals) to ensure high-quality testing across the organization.
• Foundation for Automation: Help define the requirements and structure that will allow the team to move toward automated testing in the future.
• Collaborative Quality: Work closely with the QA Lead and international stakeholders to streamline processes and documentation.

Your Background & Skills:
• Testing Professional: Deep expertise in testing methodologies and experience with complex, large-scale systems.
• Integration Specialist: Proficiency in API testing and working with integration platforms like MuleSoft.
• Systemic Understanding: Familiarity with SAP ERP systems and how they function as a core back-end for digital commerce.
• Data & Automation: Strong skills in Test Data Management. Experience with Test Automation tools is considered a significant strategic advantage.
• Collaborative Mindset: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multi-stakeholder, international environment.
