AI Architect (Finnish-speaking)

Our client is seeking an experienced Architect/Consultant to define and guide the implementation of a new AI-driven agent architecture for a leading Financial Domain SaaS-provider. The project focuses on scaling AI functionalities based on AWS Bedrock into a production-ready, secure, and cost-effective ecosystem. You'll complete architecture definition in the autumn, with transition to internal teams for long-term development.

Start: Autumn (starting with the workshop phase).
Duration: 4–5 months (starting H2)
Language: Strong proficiency in Finnish is required
Location: Hybrid role, some regular onsite in Helsinki
Allocation: 100%
Selection process: Interviews during May. Selection made before the summer holiday season.

Role and Responsibilities:
The consultant's primary role is to act as a bridge between business requirements and technical execution. The project begins in the autumn with a series of workshops involving various domain experts. The consultant is responsible for transforming the findings from these workshops into concrete solution designs and architectural blueprints. The work will be carried out in close collaboration with the client's internal developers and specialists. The focus is on defining the architecture during the autumn to ensure that further development can be seamlessly transitioned to the internal team.

Required Competencies and Qualifications:

• Agent Technologies & LLM Integration: Experience with "Agentic Gateway" solutions and MCP (Model Context Protocol) architecture.
• AWS Ecosystem: Strong proficiency in AWS Bedrock and its associated components.
• Governance & Security: Ability to design and implement guardrails (cost management, rule enforcement, data scrubbing) and session/state management (memory).
• Protocol Abstraction: Expertise in translating natural language requests into structured commands (e.g., SQL) to manage complex workflows.
• Workshop Facilitation & Analytical Skills: Ability to lead multi-disciplinary workshops and synthesize the needs of various domain experts into technical requirements.
• Proven track record of solving identified pain points such as data privacy, latency, routing, and agent orchestration.
• Strong proficiency in Finnish is required, as the consultant will work closely with local domain experts.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to mentor internal developers and ensure knowledge transfer throughout the project.
