Senior AI Agent Developer/Architect
Having already established a solid AI agent foundation and several dedicated teams, they are now entering a critical phase in the development of "AI Agent Factories."
The project focuses on industrializing agentic workflows, moving from experimental deployments to robust, scalable "Dark Factories." You will join an expert environment tasked with refining the infrastructure that powers these agents, ensuring they are secure, monitored, and seamlessly integrated into the software ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Architecting Agentic Frameworks: Design and implement hands-on solutions for Agent Factories and fully autonomous Dark Factories.
- System Integration: Connect complex data sources and services to the agent foundation using Mulesoft and Databricks.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and manage robust agent monitoring systems and "Human-in-the-loop" (HITL) acceptance workflows.
- Safety & Governance: Implement enterprise-grade guardrails to ensure AI agents operate within defined security and ethical parameters.
- Knowledge Management: Build and maintain sophisticated knowledge repositories to enhance agent context and accuracy.
Qualifications and technical skills
Architectural Expertise: Proven experience in designing AI agent architectures, specifically focusing on multi-agent orchestration and autonomous workflows.
Technical Stack Proficiency:
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS AgentCore.
- Deep understanding of the Claude SDK.
- Experience working within Databricks environments for data processing and AI modeling.
- Integration expertise using Mulesoft.
Domain Knowledge: Previous experience in large-scale software environments or multinational IT consulting projects is highly valued.
Soft Skills: Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively within existing high-performing teams; ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: A proactive "hands-on" mindset with the ability to bridge the gap between high-level architectural design and functional code implementation.
