Senior AI Developer (Azure & Microsoft Ecosystem)

The focus of the role is to develop, implement, and maintain sophisticated AI Agents and LLM-based solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.

You will be a key player in moving AI initiatives from ideation to production, ensuring that the solutions are robust, secure, and integrated into the existing cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Agent Development: Design and build intelligent AI agents using Azure AI Foundry (formerly AI Studio) and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Data Integration: Leverage Microsoft Fabric to ensure AI models have access to high-quality, real-time enterprise data (RAG architecture).
• Solution Architecture: Maintain and further develop frontend interfaces (e.g., hosted on Azure Web Services) and ensure seamless integration between the UI and the AI backend.
• Troubleshooting & Governance: Solve complex technical issues related to DLP (Data Loss Prevention) policies and environment configurations to ensure secure data flow.
• Innovation: Take existing concepts from the ideation phase and turn them into scalable Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and production-ready solutions.

Technical Requirements

• Azure AI Expertise: Proven experience with Azure AI Foundry and building custom solutions with LLMs (OpenAI, etc.).
• Low-Code & Pro-Code: Deep understanding of Copilot Studio and the ability to extend it with custom code or integrations when necessary.
• Data Platforms: Strong familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and its role in the modern AI stack.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Solid experience with Azure cloud services (e.g., Azure Web App Service, hosting frontend solutions).
• Security & Compliance: Experience in managing AI environments under strict security policies (DLP, identity management, etc.).

Project Details & Requirements

• Allocation: 100% (Full-time)
• Duration: Minimum until the end of the year, with a high probability of extension.
• Start Date: Within approximately 1 month (as soon as possible).
• Location: Hybrid (Office located in Helsinki, Finland).
• Language Skills: Fluent in Finnish and English.
