Project Manager (Web, Intranet & CMS)

Are you a proactive leader who loves to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and technical execution? We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager to lead a major renewal of our customer digital landscape, including our website, intranet, and CMS ecosystem.

This isn't just a "helicopter view" position. We need a leader who is ready to take full ownership of the project lifecycle while staying close to the practical implementation. You will be the driving force behind our Agile delivery, ensuring that technical integrations are seamless and project goals are met with precision.

Your Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: Lead the project from initiation and planning through to final delivery.
• Agile Leadership: Manage increment planning, dependencies, and resource allocation within an Agile framework.
• Team Guidance: Motivate and guide the development team to ensure priorities remain clear and goals are achieved.
• Operational Control: Stay on top of budgets, timelines, and reporting.
• Facilitation: Lead workshops and meetings with a focus on clarity and actionable outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

• Domain Expertise: A proven track record of managing large-scale website, intranet, and CMS renewal projects.
• Technical Savvy: A solid understanding of web development and complex integrations.
• Methodology: Strong, practical experience in Agile project management.
• Hands-on Mindset: A willingness to dive into the details of implementation rather than just overseeing from a distance.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication (fluent English and Finnish) and facilitation skills are a must.

• Start Date: May 2026
• Estimated Duration: Until December 2026 (approx. 8 months)
• Allocation: 100% (Full-time)
