AI Advisor – Agentic Governance & Citizen Development
The customer´s CCM team (Corporate Customers & Markets) is a frontrunner in fostering a culture of innovation. Their teams—responsible for large-scale B2B sales, energy management, and market solutions—already build their own tools, SQL queries, and automations. While this "citizen development" creates immense value, it has also led to fragmentation and risk.
We are now looking for an AI Advisor to help our customer transition from "organic" innovation to a world-class, governed Agentic Engineering capability. Your mission is to design the framework that empowers customer people to build agentic AI solutions safely, faster, and at a fraction of traditional IT costs.
The Role
As an AI Advisor, you won’t just be writing code; you will be the architect of a new way of working. You will work within the customer in-house team to bridge the gap between complex technical AI concepts and actionable business strategies.
Your key responsibilities:
- Establish Governance: Define the "rules of the game" for citizen development and agentic engineering. Who can build what, and how is it moved to production safely?
- Concept Design: Use service design methodologies to map user journeys and ensure the development model is pragmatic and user-friendly.
- Tooling & Best Practices: Identify and recommend best-fit platforms and tools that support a scalable pathway from local innovation to enterprise-grade solutions.
- Enablement: Support the adoption of agentic engineering practices, acting as a bridge between "tech-speak" and business needs.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure the new model aligns with existing project steering while enabling a 2–5x improvement in cost-efficiency.
Who You Are Must-have Expertise:
- Agentic AI Experience: Proven track record in teams developing AI Agents or agentic workflows. You understand the specific challenges of autonomous/semi-autonomous AI.
- Strategic Concept Design: Strong background in service design, user journeys, and translating complex tech into business recommendations.
- Stakeholder Excellence: Exceptional communication skills. You can talk "tech" with developers and "value" with business leaders.
- Large Enterprise Experience: Experience navigating complex organizations where alignment and transparency are key.
- Language: Fluent English is a must; Finnish is considered a significant plus.
Nice-to-have:
- Data Governance: Experience working in data-intensive environments and an understanding of how data quality impacts AI performance.
- Change Management: A natural ability to inspire people and drive the adoption of new methods.
Working Environment
You will join the CCM unit, a high-energy environment where everyone has the "right and duty" to find solutions. The team is technically savvy—many already handle SQL and reporting—but they need your help to lead them toward a more structured, agentic future.
