Power BI Developer
We are now looking for a Power BI Developer to join our large client company in the media sector for a long-term project.
To succeed in this role, you will need to check at least the following boxes:
- Data Modeling: 4+ years in DWH-level design, building, and optimization.
- Reporting: 4+ years in creating dashboards for large-scale audiences.
- Technical core: +2 years of recent experience in both SQL and Power BI semantic models.
- Infra & Tools: Experience with Cloud DWH (e.g., Snowflake) and Git.
- Collaboration: 4+ years of business-driven stakeholder engagement.
- Fluent Finnish and English skills.
- Opportunity to visit client's premises in Helsinki metropolitan area weekly.
Ideally you also have experience with:
- Data Engineering: Experience with dbt or Matillion.
- Advanced Power BI: Proficiency in XMLA tools (Tabular Editor, DAX Studio), REST API, and capacity monitoring.
- Security & Governance: Implementing RLS/OLS and managing certified shared resources.
- Strategy: Designing usage scenarios (Self-service vs. Enterprise BI) and model optimization.
- Domain expertise: Experience with Consumer, HR, or Finance data.
