Digital Delivery Manager - Mobile App Renewal

Customer is renewing its customer‑facing mobile application and is seeking an external consultant to lead the product development team through this transition. The consultant will be responsible for driving day‑to‑day execution and ensuring the renewed app is successfully delivered live by the end of this year.

Scope of Work

• Lead and support a cross‑functional mobile development team (~20 people across 3 squads: designers, content designers, developers).
• Ensure clarity of priorities, alignment across roles, and strong daily execution.
• Own and deliver the 4‑month rolling backlog, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and alignment with customer and business goals.
• Actively identify and remove development blockers to maintain team velocity.
• Prioritize work effectively to keep the team focused on the highest‑value tasks.
• Facilitate team meetings and events (dailies, sprint planning, reviews, releases, workshops) and foster continuous improvement.
• Ensure smooth collaboration with internal customer stakeholders and teams.
• Manage dependencies across product, design, engineering, and internal business units.

Required Competencies & Experience

• Proven experience in digital product management within a technology‑driven environment.
• Strong background working with agile software development teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead at pace, communicate clearly, and drive teams forward.
• Skilled in prioritization, dependency management, and navigating complex environments.
• High‑energy, proactive working style with a strong sense of ownership and delivery.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• AI product management experience is a plus — e.g., intelligent self‑service features, personalized recommendations, predictive assistance, or AI‑enhanced operational workflows.
