AI Fullstack Developer

We are seeking a skilled GenAI Developer for a large public sector organization. The client is establishing a unified agent architecture, governance model, and development framework within their Azure environment to enable the creation of scalable and portable AI solutions.

The selected consultant will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of tailored AI solutions for various internal departments. While the primary work environment is centralized within Azure, the role may require implementing solutions across other environments (cloud and on-premise) as the project evolves.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing tailored Generative AI applications and AI agents based on the client's specific needs.
• Maintaining and optimizing AI solutions within the Microsoft Azure environment.
• Ensuring that all developed applications adhere to the unified agent architecture and governance frameworks.
• Building scalable and portable code that can be adapted across different organizational units.
• Collaborating with the architecture team to integrate solutions into the centralized environment.

Qualifications and technical skills

• AI & GenAI Development: Proven experience in developing AI agents and applications utilizing Generative AI technologies.
• Azure Ecosystem: Strong background in application development and maintenance within the Microsoft Azure environment.
• Implementation Skills: Practical experience in the end-to-end implementation of applications based on Generative AI.
• AIOps & Productionalization: Experience in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML workflows, including automated testing and model validation as well as building monitoring solutions to track model performance and system health in production.
• Security & Compliance: Demonstrated ability to ensure data protection and information security within application development, specifically in the context of data and AI solutions.
• Language: Full professional proficiency in Finnish is mandatory.

• Allocation: 30-100%
• Project duration: Initial fixed term of 4–6 months, with extension possibilities until the end of 2031
• Location requirements: Remote work allowed, with occasional on-site meetings required
• Language requirements: Finnish (Fluent/Professional proficiency required)
