Juho Sopanen

Are you a technically-savvy analyst with a knack for translating business needs into high-level solutions? Do you thrive at the intersection of architecture, product strategy, and technical requirement specification? We are looking for a driven and independent Technical Requirements Analyst to join our customer core High-Level Design (HLD) team!

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be the vital link, independently driving the technical requirement phase for brand-new digital services. Our customer HLD team is responsible for the initial research, customer need analysis, business case development, and creating the high-level blueprints that guide development.

Lead Technical Requirements: Run the technical requirement specification process end-to-end for new projects.
Design & Architecture Input: Work closely with our Enterprise Architect to define feasible and scalable service designs.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Bridge the gap between product management and the development team, ensuring clarity and alignment.
Analysis & Strategy: Participate in initial research and business case analysis to set the strategic direction for new services.

The Team

You will be joining a highly focused and experienced HLD team that consist currently five people:
-3 Designers

  • 1 Requirements Analyst
  • 1 Enterprise Architect

The team previously had a stronger UX focus, but the current need is for a more technically-oriented person to deepen our capacity for technical specification and architecture linkage.

What You'll Need (Must-Haves)

Technical Acumen: Proven technical understanding and background (e.g., ability to discuss architecture with the development team and write robust technical specifications).
Cloud Experience: Experience with Azure Cloud environments.
Business Insight: Strong ability to understand business needs and effectively communicate and collaborate with business stakeholders.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and alignment skills with product management.

Highly Valued (Nice-to-Haves)

  • Understanding of .NET and C# (no need for hands-on coding, but conceptual knowledge is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Microservice Architecture.
  • Experience from connectivity services.
  • Experience from the manufacturing industry.

Details:

  • Start: Beginning of the 2026
  • Project Duration: Ability to commit to a long-term project (at least 6 months with a likely extension).
  • Workload: 100% allocation.
  • Hybrid Work: Customer operates on a hybrid model.
  • Location: Most of the team is based in Tampere and works from the office twice a week. We highly prefer candidates who can visit the Tampere office at least once per week for key collaboration sessions.
  • Language: Finnish language skills are required for internal collaboration.
