Frontend-Focused Product Engineer (Sales & Product Development)

We are looking for a proactive and highly skilled Frontend-Focused Product Engineer to join our customer dynamic Service Tribe. This role is a unique blend of deep technical expertise and strategic business focus, where your primary goal is to ensure our frontend implementation powerfully supports our sales, upsell, and service development targets.

What You'll Be Doing: The Core Focus

• Driving Sales & Upsell: Your main objective is to design and implement frontend solutions that directly increase conversions, sales, and upsells of our services and bundled offerings.
• Product Development & Experimentation: You'll be central to product enhancement, with A/B testing and measurable results as your key performance indicators.
• Engineering Excellence: You are a natural problem-solver and are eager to develop and maintain your own environment using best practices.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: This is not a siloed role. You must be willing and able to communicate effectively across team boundaries to manage dependencies and long development pipelines, receiving and providing guidance on service bundles.

Championing Design-Dev Culture: A key aspect of this role is collaborating closely with our Designers. We are looking for someone enthusiastic about bringing the Design and Development cultures closer together to improve collaboration on a larger scale.

You will join the Service Tribe, a team recently undergoing changes with a new developer and Delivery Manager. This offers a fantastic opportunity to step in and shape the culture and collaboration with a renewed team.
