Are you a highly experienced Dynamics 365 expert with a passion for optimizing business processes? Do you thrive on tackling complex challenges within the Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing domains?

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant to play a critical role in the ongoing development and optimization of our sophisticated Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment within the Energy Industry.

This is a fantastic opportunity to focus on high-impact, complex development cases, leveraging your expertise to enhance two existing D365 instances serving multiple business units. You'll work closely with a highly experienced internal Customer IT team, including a seasoned D365 System Manager and a certified Junior D365 Specialist.

Your Key Contributions

  • You will be the go-to expert for design, configuration, and integration, transforming business requirements into powerful D365 solutions.
  • Configure & Customize Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights: Journeys to align perfectly with business needs.
  • Design & Implement advanced solutions using the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) for process automation and extension.
  • Develop & Maintain crucial dual-write integrations with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to translate technical specifications into actionable, high-quality solutions.
  • Ensure system integrity, scalability, and adherence to all security and compliance standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in an agile environment, utilizing Jira and Confluence for clear documentation.

What You'll Need to Succeed

We are looking for a blend of deep technical skill and strong business process acumen:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) modules, specifically Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights: Journeys.
  • Proven expertise in customization, configuration, and solution design within the D365 ecosystem.
  • Strong command of the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
  • Demonstrated experience with system integrations, including API-based and dual-write with D365 Finance & Operations.
  • Proficiency in data migration tools and methodologies.
  • Experience in agile software delivery and working knowledge of Jira/Confluence.
  • Relevant Microsoft Certifications for a Senior D365 consultant are required.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is essential.
  • Experience working with multinational or distributed teams is highly valued.

  • Start Date: As soon as possible
  • Duration: 5 months
  • Allocation: Target 50% (Note: Allocation may start lower)
  • Location: 100% remote possible
