Power Automate Developer

We are seeking a Power Automate Developer to join a project with a large pharmaceutical industry client. This role is centered on building greenfield RPA (Robotic Process Automation) use cases primarily utilizing Power Automate. The client is in the process of standardizing their RPA technology to the Power Automate platform, offering a chance to be at the forefront of this transformation and establish best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement new, automated business processes (RPA use cases) using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and process owners to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure the developed automation solutions are robust, scalable, and maintainable.
• Contribute to the client's transition and standardization efforts towards Power Automate as their primary RPA technology.
• Document the automation processes, technical design specifications, and deployment procedures.

Qualifications and Technical Skills

• Proven experience as a Developer specializing in Microsoft Power Automate.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver greenfield automation solutions from concept through deployment.
• Strong understanding of RPA principles, best practices, and lifecycle management.
• Experience or familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry or other regulated environments is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a project-based team environment.
• Familiarity with the broader Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI) is advantageous.
