Fullstack AI Developer

We are looking for an experienced IT professional to join a larger agile development team focused on creating multiple digital applications. This project involves working with cloud-native digital solutions and, crucially, developing Generative AI applications. The role is integral to the team's success in delivering cutting-edge, cloud-based solutions to our customer.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to the design and development of cloud-based digital solutions
• Developing and deploying Generative AI applications
• Implementing and utilizing technologies such as LLMs (Large Language Models) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques.
• Working collaboratively as part of a larger agile team to deliver high-quality software.
• Participating in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.

Qualifications and Technical Skills

• Strong background in either Cloud Engineering or Full Stack Development roles.
• Proven experience with cloud-native digital solutions in at least one of the major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Essential experience with Generative AI applications that have been successfully moved to production.
• Practical experience leveraging LLM/RAG solutions and vector databases.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills for working effectively in an agile environment.

• Vector Databases
• Knowledge Graphs
• LangChain
• n8n

Summary of the Practicalities

• Project start time: During November
• Project duration: Long-term, agreed upon in 3-month increments, with 100% allocation
• Location requirements: Remote work with occasional visits to Tampere
• Language requirements: English is mandatory, Finnish is a plus
