Cyber Security Consultant

We are looking for a skilled IT Security Consultant with PAM/CyberArk expertise to join our Onboarding Project. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Application Owners and Providers, supporting PAM Developers to ensure a smooth, efficient, and secure onboarding pipeline. You’ll bring your deep knowledge of PAM and Cyber Security to make a real impact on one of the most business-critical areas of the bank.

What you’ll do:

• Support and guide the onboarding process end-to-end, ensuring timely and secure integrations.
• Act as a PAM subject-matter expert, providing insights and solutions across the project.
• Gather, analyze, and structure relevant data to streamline onboarding.
• Work closely with diverse stakeholders, bridging business and technical perspectives.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience with PAM controls, requirements, and risk management.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Hands-on experience in change management and working in Agile/DevOps teams.
• Knowledge of identity and PAM best practices across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Understanding of core security principles (SoD, Least Privilege, Zero Trust).
• Familiarity with Cyber Security frameworks (CIS, COBIT, NIST, ISO 2700x).
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to translate between business and technical needs.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Previous experience with CyberArk technology and PAM implementation/onboarding projects is highly valued.
