With the help of simple but effective technical solutions, this Swedish client provides a unified Compensation and Benefits structure across all countries to support fairness and transparency.

Last year they launched a global portal that provides personalized, interactive, and up-to-date content and now they are adapting to the POT project.

The goal is to make:

-The clients co-workers better understand and value their total offer
-HR teams benefit from a consistent, scalable solution

You will serve as a subject matter expert for our product team and provide insights, context and additional information as needed to help what is required to deliver an effective implementation of their solution.

You will be part of an agile team and will be responsible for gathering and documenting the requirements for their product together with COEs and the Product Owner. You need to have understanding of the Business process maps provided and work towards standardisation of our product. The requirements needs to be documented in jira according their Ways of Working.

Requirements:

Specialization in gathering requirements and documenting them in Jira is essential.

The ability to ask pertinent questions to ensure solutions are standardized while achieving effective implementation is crucial.

You should have an understanding of reading business process maps to collaborate with stakeholders (local organizations and COEs) and improve business value.

Location: 3 days /week onsite in Helsingborg.
