Cyber Security Consultant

What you’ll do:
As a Senior PAM SME, you’ll be at the forefront of developing and maturing our customer PAM solutions. You’ll collaborate with Developers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and architects to shape the roadmap, close gaps, and strengthen risk management within the PAM area.

Your responsibilities include:

• Driving workshops with stakeholders to capture and document business requirements
• Collaborating with Product and Process Owners to raise the maturity of the PAM offering
• Supporting the creation of roadmaps and development initiatives
• Working closely with DevOps teams to design effective PAM controls and processes
• Performing risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and ensuring mitigation

What you bring

We believe you have:

• Solid hands-on experience with CyberArk or other PAM solutions
• Strong understanding of PAM environments, dependencies, and change impacts
• Knowledge of IAM practices across on-premise and cloud environments
• Familiarity with Zero Trust, SoD, Least Privilege principles
• Experience working in a DevOps environment
• Understanding of IT processes, SDLC, and cybersecurity frameworks (CIS, NIST, ISO 2700x, COBIT, ITIL)
• Basic knowledge of directory services, operating systems, databases, and networks
• Relevant security certifications (a plus)
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
• A structured, proactive, and result-oriented mindset
• Fluency in English (spoken & written)
