Project leader (SAP)

The Source to Pay Direct role sits within the Process and Data Governance team for Finance and Procurement Business Operations Transformation. It focuses on rolling out the core process and data template across countries, identifying and addressing gaps, supporting defect resolution, and overseeing related business testing.

You will support process-related rollouts, including deployment preparation, process education, fit-gap analysis, change impact assessment, training material review, user acceptance testing, hyper-care, and other project delivery tasks.

Template deployment Process SME responsibilities:
• Process input to change Impact Assessment
• Provide input into Change & Comms plan for addressing impacts identified (this can cover a lot of activities: workaround definition, preparing/reviewing content for comms, etc.)
• GBO transition (knowledge transfer, activity split discussions, DTP review)
• Data migration (extractions/ validations mainly needed in exceptional cases)
• SIT (scenarios input, validation of specific results only from process perspective)
• UAT (Test Scenarios selection/input)
• Cutover (planning & execution – limited)
• Hypercare
• Training (Knowledge Transfer to trainers, materials review)
• Hand-hold country and GBO resources throughout the project to secure an understanding of the process and operating model and to guide the transformation and provide clarification of any area of concern or doubt

Requirements:
• Understanding of Source to Pay Direct process management including governance and improvement methods
• Good understanding of the connection of the processes from and to end perspective.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills; able to clearly articulate their process in business terms and facilitate alignment on process changes

7+ years of experience in SAP S4 Hana Source to Pay Direct process & solution
• Implementing in Real Estate environment, and third-party project systems like Unifier would be an advantage
• Experience of contracting nuances, Advance Payment and Milestone payment process
• Experience in Facility Management accounting, cost centers
• Cost Allocation and Distribution
• Add on experience such as Concur would be preferred
