Training Lead
People planning processes and connected digital tools are critical to successful, efficient and compliant operations of this Swedish client. They secure that co-workers are available at the right time at the right place to support our operational needs; that schedules are created, made available and kept updated based on co-workers availability; that time cards are created, reviewed and are base for correct salary payment.
Today they see development needs related to people planning in several areas:
They want to improve flexibility in schedules to increase co-worker retention.
The omni channel landscape creates new demands in the meetings with the customer - they want to update processes and tools to enable co-worker schedules across an omnichannel environment.
Systems need replacement or upgrade to not risk business continuity - they must replace digital solutions prior to end-of-life dates.
High complexity due to local labor laws and social partner needs - they want to standardize their people planning processes and tool across markets while securing sufficient degree of localization to fit the market needs.
The transformation program "People Planning Acceleration" is started to resolve these business needs.
Tasks will include:
Develop a comprehensive global training strategy in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring alignment with broader change initiatives and local market needs.
Create adaptable training materials, templates, and guidance for local teams, ensuring that country-specific training programs are consistent and effective.
Monitor the effectiveness of training through KPIs and feedback from local teams, continuously refining content and delivery methods to improve learning outcomes.
Provide support to local training teams to adapt and deliver the content in a way that meets the specific needs of the local workforce.
Develop and implement a plan for knowledge transfer, ensuring the clients internal teams are equipped to manage training efforts independently after the project, sustaining momentum and autonomy.
Requirements:
Global training strategies: Expertise in creating scalable training strategies that align with global objectives while allowing for local adaptations.
Learning principles: Deep understanding of instructional design and methodologies that enhance skill development and knowledge retention in diverse learning environments.
Change management alignment: Knowledge of how training integrates with change management initiatives to drive adoption and minimize resistance.
Experience:
Multi-country training programs: Proven track record of developing and managing large-scale training initiatives across multiple regions, with a focus on adapting content for local cultures and languages.
Stakeholder engagement: Experience working closely with central and local teams, senior leadership, and end-users to ensure training programs meet strategic goals.
Monitoring and refining training: Demonstrated experience in tracking training KPIs, gathering feedback, and iterating training programs based on measurable outcomes.
Knowledge transfer planning: Experience in transitioning training responsibilities from external consultants to internal teams, ensuring sustainability post-project.
Specific training preferably for WFM tools (Legion, UKG Pro or similar) or other HR Tech transformation.

Cultural adaptability: Competence in customizing training materials and delivery methods for different cultures and learning environments, ensuring relevance and engagement.

Stakeholder collaboration: Strong ability to work with and influence multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in for the training strategy.
Continuous improvement: Competence in monitoring training outcomes and making real-time adjustments to improve learning effectiveness.
Skills:
Instructional design: Expertise in creating engaging, learner-centred training materials that accommodate various learning styles and levels of experience.
Facilitation and presentation: Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver both virtual and in-person training sessions effectively.
Learning technology proficiency: Skilled in using learning management systems, e-learning tools, and virtual training platforms (e.g., Teams, Miro etc) for global training delivery.
Data analysis for training: Proficiency in tracking and analysing training KPIs to measure effectiveness and inform continuous improvement efforts.
Problem-solving in training: Ability to quickly identify and address learning challenges to ensure successful delivery and knowledge retention.
