Embedded Software Engineer

Description
One of our clients is looking for an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to join a multidisciplinary R&D team focused on developing and maintaining control systems for high-power frequency converters in maritime applications. The role involves close collaboration with hardware designers, FPGA specialists, and product teams to deliver optimized and energy-efficient drive systems.
Responsibilities:
- Development and enhancement of embedded software using C/C++
- Implementation of control theory and regulation algorithms
- Testing and verification from early simulations to full-scale megawatt drives
- Use of Azure and Azure DevOps for continuous integration and deployment
Qualifications:
- BSc or MSc in a relevant technical field
- Solid experience with embedded development and real-time systems
- Familiarity with power electronics and control engineering is a plus
- Proficiency in C/C++ and modern development tools
