Background
The client is a newly established cybersecurity company, aiming to become a leading Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP). ServiceNow is a strategic platform used to deliver scalable and efficient customer portals for their security services.
Role Overview
As a ServiceNow Platform Architect, you’ll lead the platform’s architecture and governance. You’ll design secure, scalable solutions aligned with business strategy and work closely with stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions. You’ll guide upgrades, migrations, integrations, and contribute hands-on with app development, configurations, and UI enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions
- Align platform with business strategy
- Guide technical upgrades, migrations, and integrations
- Lead hands-on development (portals, apps, Integration Hub)
- Stay updated on platform innovations
- Provide architectural leadership and maintain architectural documentation
Requirements:
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience
- Fullstack development (JavaScript, Angular)
- Strong business-technical translation skills
- Effective communicator in Norwegian and English
- Proactive, structured, team-oriented, and eager to learn
