Background
For an international company, we are looking for a Web Tech Lead to start as soon as possible, with a horizon until June 2025, with the possibility of extension.

About the Role
The consultant will be responsible for Service Management and Customer Engagement, as well as acting as a link to the external development partner. The role also includes stakeholder management with the client's key personnel.

It is required that the consultant has knowledge of CMS platforms. The client uses Sitecore as their CMS platform. Experience in similar roles and working with large international companies is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Group Brand Marketing & Communications to align on strategic and tactical direction.
  • Collaborate with the external development partner to ensure deliverables meet scope and requirements.
  • Handle redirect management (they use Redir)
  • Provide support and troubleshooting on CMS-related issues (via ITSM)
  • Support process improvements, e.g., domain and subdomain purchasing, access fulfillment & review process
  • Track and ensure third-party scripts are used and functioning correctly
  • Liaise with Group Security on security assessments

Qualifications

  • Experience in similar roles, preferably from large international companies
  • Knowledge of CMS platforms, preferably Sitecore
  • Basic understanding of SEO and a strong understanding of usability and WCAG
