Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Team Leader to guide a small, dynamic back-end team responsible for both maintaining an existing VPN solution and developing a new one. This role is pivotal in driving the transition between these solutions and ensuring successful delivery of the new VPN software and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management:
• Oversee development of the new VPN solution and its migration.
• Manage the ramp-down of the old solution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and plan work.

We are looking for someone who has previous expertise working in a global organization, leading team and technical decisions within the project teams, facilitate roadmaps, backlogs, and sprint planning.
The desirable person would also be able to maintain agile practices and act as a Scrum Master if needed. We hope you have also excellent people management skills and you could provide leadership and support to a team of five, lead career and transition planning post-release. The ideal candidate also possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements for stakeholders. Basic understanding of VPN and IP technologies is an asset.

The project would start in the end of January, allocation would be approx. 60%. Length will be determinate together with the suitable candidate and the customer.
