Fullstack Developer

We are seeking experienced full-stack developer for a long-term software development project. Join a team dedicated to creating impactful digital solutions.

Position Details:
Location: Helsinki preferred, but other locations in Finland are possible.
Start Date: As soon as possible (pending security clearance, ~4 weeks).
Duration: 100% commitment through fall 2025, with potential extension.
Team Growth: Initially hiring one developer; expanding to a six-person technical team by spring 2025.
Required Skills and Experience:

Applicants must have at least 3 years of professional experience in the following:

• Developing web server applications using Node.js.
• Implementing solutions with TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Building software with React.js.
• Strong expertise with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, or similar).
• Experience with container technologies like Docker or equivalents.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud environments.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and workflows.
• Creating external-facing APIs for customers.
  Additional Valued Skills:
• Experience with Kubernetes

We are looking for a consultant who has strong teamwork and collaboration skills and willingness to maintain and further develop the product that is publicly funded and maintained. In this project you would be playing crucial role in creating, designing and implementing the solution, so we are looking for a person who has been previously working in Lead roles (leading teams and technical solutions)

Work Location:

• Onsite in Helsinki on a weekly basis, no full-remote
• Candidates must be available to work onsite when required
