You will be joining the Customer's Rewards team as a Software Engineer. Customer Rewards is a product at the heart of the client. This product provides the clients Retail Platform capabilities for managing Reward Programmes and enabling digital experiences to integrate Customer Rewards in their solutions. Customer Rewards serves as a reliable way for the clients Family members to access and use their rewards.

Tasks include:
-Craft tested, high quality code in JavaScript, SQL and Cloud infra.

-Work collaboratively with other disciplines, including architecture, product, experience design, data specialists and domain experts

-Make changes in a compliant and efficient way through integration and deployment pipelines.

-Values variant testing and are able to implement meaningful experiments as a way of solving the right problems.

-Values system design and modelling as an important part of Software Engineering.

-Communicate clearly and effectively in written and oral form so they can share knowledge, experiences and collaborate well

-Practice continuous delivery as an essential part of the way to support continuous discovery

-Continuously learn and see mentorship and coaching as a core part of their growth

Requirements:

-Highly experienced and proficient in JavaScript language
-Experience building Cloud Native systems and solutions at significant Scale. GCP is the vendor of choice

  • Worked with the clients echnology Stack - GCP, Serverless, Postgres, BigQuery, NodeJS, Skapa Design System(Web Components, VueJS)
    -Must communicate and collaborate clearly and with impact
    -Demonstrable experience taking ownership when working with a multidisciplinary Product team

Location: Malmö (1-2 times onsite per week)
