Jr. Data Scientist onsite in Malmö
This Swedish client will start develop an AI-based intent classification capability to be used for conversational search, chat, analytics and potential routing and next-best action.
In this project you will be part of a team that should develop next generation intent classification model based on customer data, in particular conversations and customer profile. You'll participate in development (mostly python), test, validation and launch.
Requirements:
Experience from using LLMs and NLP to do intent classification, entity extraction and virtual agents/chatbots
Experience from Google Cloud - GCP, VertexAI
Previous experience from the retail sector is appreciated, especially working with customer data
Team player, working in agile teams
Able to explain AI, LLMs and NLP to nontechnical people

Location: Onsite Malmö
