Product Specialist
The client is currently in the phase of deployment for one of their branches called rewards. 8 markets have already been deployed and 21 are remaining. Their ambition is to accelerate deployment significantly in FY25 so that the complete deployment can be finalised in FY26. On the digital side, the program involves multiple products and actions from various teams.
They have currently a Product specialist coordinating these different teams, and a test lead preparing the BAT phase in the markets. With the acceleration of rollout, they would like to have an extra support on these 2 parts to ensure we can parallelise the markets they work with.
Tasks include:
-Following up progress & managing deadlines in end-2-end configuration process of rewards
-Be point of contact for all stakeholders (digital teams, project team, markets).
-Initiate & lead recurring meetings
-Work along with Global test manager to plan and manage Business Acceptance Testing in connection to launch of the program in a country.
-Communicate with countries and global business stakeholders for the launch of rewards
-Planning, status and progress of tests results. BAT co-ordination: instructing country and global stakeholders and follow up of reported defects and issues with digital product teams.
-Assist Coordination with Digital teams tasks and activities related to BAT.
-Support the Digital product teams during testing of new releases/features/ automation.
Requirements:
-Relevant experience from working on digital products, test, and verification, preferably in a retail environment.
-Good collaboration & stakeholder management skills.
-Experience from co-operation with Digital product teams
