Solution Architect
We are looking for a Solution Architect for a Swedish client, with extensive background in HR systems transformation. You should have a strong leadership background to actively lead architecture work and work independently.
The task is to lead 4 big transformation programs in the HR domain. You will also lead a team of 4-5 solution architects and data architects.
Desired knowledge: Experience from SAP, Success factor, Legion, UKG
Requirements:
-Knowledge and experience from Enterprise Architecture and how to work with defining architectures and roadmaps
-Knowledge and experience of SAP implementation, particular for HR.
-Communicative in explaining, share, support, advice and drive actively with the stakeholders
-Ability to manage technical and non-technical stakeholders
-Structured and organized in understanding different activities, its connections and impacts on totality from an architecture perspective
-Ability to analyze and translate the needs and into roadmap needs
Location: Helsingborg (onsite whenever required)
