Technical Anaplan Project Manager / Architect

Project description:
The end customer, a large Finnish public sector organization, is initiating a strategic program to build a comprehensive new planning solution on the Anaplan platform. The scope of the solution encompasses Financial planning, HR planning, and Project planning. This initiative requires a strong technical leader to ensure the platform is architected correctly to meet complex public sector requirements while adhering to best practices.

Responsibilities:
As the Technical Project Manager and Architect, you will work alongside an administrative Project Manager, business process experts, and the implementation team. Your primary focus will be on the technical integrity and architectural design of the solution.

• Define and own the overall technical architecture for the Anaplan solution across Finance, HR, and Project planning modules.
• Provide high-level implementation guidance and technical leadership to the development team.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and data models within Anaplan.
• Ensure the solution adheres to Anaplan best practices and integrates effectively with existing systems.
• Collaborate with the administrative Project Manager to identify technical risks and dependencies.

Qualifications and technical skills:

• Mandatory: Experience as a Project Manager or Architect in at least 2 SaaS planning software implementations within the last 5 years.
• Mandatory: Working proficiency in Finnish and English is required.
• Deep understanding of Anaplan architecture, data integration, and model building.
• Experience in solutioning for Financial, HR, or Project planning domains.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and business process experts.
• Experience working with public sector clients is considered an asset.
