IT Environment Coordinator

A client in the gaming industry is on the brink of significant change. Their operating environment is undergoing a major transformation, and they are seeking assistance to implement the necessary updates to their technology portfolio. These changes will impact how customer and personal data is handled, both logically and structurally. The project will also involve improving access management and improving platform services, including isolated logging, data storage, and reporting.

They are now looking for a skilled IT Environment Coordinator to focus on environment design of production and test environments in the program.

Mandatory requirements:

• 2 years of experience in change projects within production and/or testing environments (cloud migration or similar)
• 2 years of experience in quality assurance processes and software development
• 2 years of experience in the planning and execution of demanding technical project entities utilizing agile methodologies.

Scored criteria:

• Experience in designing and implementing complex technical project solutions using agile methodologies. Using methods like Agile, Scrum and Kanban, and tools like ARTER ARC, Jira and Confluence. Understanding over software and product development and proven success in project management.

• Experience in change projects within production and/or testing environments (cloud migration or similar), and in quality assurance processes as part of software development. In practive we're looking for qualities like:

  • Ability to understand testing environment needs during a technology transformation, so that quality assurance -team can reliably carry out the project's quality assurance
  • Understanding of the environmental requirements for Unit, Functional, SIT, e2e, performance, automation, and cybersecurity testing.
  • Understanding of the economic factors of test and production environments in decision-making. (Cloud services, data centers, etc.)
  • Experience in clarifying the "as-is" situation of test environments and promoting the "to-be" state of test and production environments with relevant stakeholders.
  • Experience in identifying and defining the owners of production and test environments and their areas of responsibility during implementation and after production transfer.

Duration: 1 year (+3 x 4 month options)
