Web Analyst

A customer within the gaming industry is looking for Web Analysts. The teams you'll be working in consist of data analysts, service designers, software developers and marketing specialists. The teams are already in place - they're simply looking for solid analysts to join the ranks.

There's a rather hefty amount of requirements and scored criteria. Your experience should have occurred after 1.1.2019. You don't need to calculate the points exactly yet - a general hunch on if the mandatory requirements are filled - just a general hunch on if the mandatory requirements are OK and how the scored ones look is alright. The actual sheet is in Finnish.

Mandatory requirements:

1. At least 5 years of experience in planning, measuring, and reporting web analytics using Google Analytics.

• Has planned and implemented Google Analytics measurement for at least 3 high-traffic (min. 100K events/month) websites.

2. At least 2 years of experience in designing, implementing, and reporting GA4 data model eCommerce events.

• Has planned and implemented GA4 online store measurement for at least 3 high-traffic (min. 100K events/month) online stores.

3. At least 2 years of experience in GA4 measurement technology, GA4 event structure, and event functionality testing and quality assurance.

• Has fixed technical challenges related to GA4 event implementation or structure for at least 3 medium or large (min. 50K events/month) websites.

4. At least 3 years of experience working with Google Tag Manager and using GTM tags, triggers, and variables. Experience in testing events with Tag Manager.

• Has utilized Google Tag Manager in the implementation of GA4 measurement for at least 3 large websites.

5. At least 2 years of experience in using the data layer in the implementation of GA4 event measurement.

• Has utilized the data layer in the implementation of GA4 measurement for at least 3 large websites.

6. At least 2 years of work experience in making SQL queries from the BigQuery database.

• Has implemented SQL queries from the BigQuery database for data from at least 3 high-traffic (min. 100K events/month) websites.

SCORED

1. At least 2 years of work experience using JavaScript, HTML, and browser plug-ins at the front-end level in conjunction with GA4 measurement design.
Work experience in the following areas:

• HTML experience: 1 point
• Experience in using browser plug-ins: 1 point
• JavaScript experience: 1 point
• Front-end development experience: 1 point

2. At least 2 years of work experience with GA4 data queries from the BigQuery database. Proficient in using SQL in database queries.
Implemented BigQuery SQL queries on GA4 data in client work:

• For 1-2 clients: 2 points
• For 3-4 clients: 3 points
• For 5 or more clients: 4 points

3. At least 2 years of work experience producing Google Analytics 4 internal reports and/or Looker Studio reports.
Produced GA4 data reports in client work:

• No experience: 0 points
• Produced reports on GA4 explorations: 1 point
• Produced Looker Studio reports: 1 point

4. At least 2 years of work experience in application analytics measurement implemented using GA4 events.
Implemented GA4 measurement into an application:

• At least one medium-sized application (min. 10,000 customers/month): 2 points
• At least one high-traffic application (min. 50,000 customers/month): 3 points
