Senior Consultant (Azure, DevOps)
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant to take on a key role in guiding a team towards adopting infrastructure as code (IaC) practices. The ideal candidate will not only act as a lead architect and developer but also mentor the internal team to ensure long-term skill-building through a hands-on learning approach.
This role requires strong technical expertise paired with pedagogical skills, as the candidate will actively share knowledge and foster team growth. Effective communication and documentation skills are essential.
Key Skills and Experience Required:
- 5+ years of relevant experience working in mentor / lead role
- Proven expertise in Azure environments (AWS is a plus)
- Solid understanding of IaC/XAC principles
- Proficiency with Terraform, GitHub/GitHub Actions, and Ci/CD pipelines
- Coding background with full-stack experience preferred
- Familiarity with Windows, Linux, Jira, Confluence, and Slack
- Coaching/mentoring experience and a collaborative mindset
- Fluency in Finnish is mandatory
Onsite presence required 3 days/week in Helsinki
