Agile Master

As an Agile Master, you’ll be a key player in ensuring that our customer team operates efficiently and effectively.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the team and Product Owner to maintain an up-to-date backlog, prioritizing work, and fostering agility.
• Facilitating agile ceremonies.
• Coaching and supporting the team in adopting agile practices and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Assisting and facilitating QBR planning within the team.
• Maintaining and developing Jira boards and views.
• Planning and supporting the structure of epics/stories and Confluence documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Extensive, multi-year experience as an Agile Master.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Outstanding communication and documentation skills.
• A coaching approach to team development.
• Self-driven, responsible, and proactive working style.
• Expertise in Jira and Confluence.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills in both Finnish and English.

Bonus Points for:

• Experience in the financial sector.

Assignment Details:

Start Date: As soon as possible.
Duration: Until December 31, 2025.
Allocation: Full-time (100%).
Location: Helsinki, hybrid model (1-3 days per week on-site).
Additional Requirement: A security clearance will be required.
