Digital Project Manager

A Swedish client operating in the furniture business has developed a new business idea called Centres which main purpose is to drive visitation to the client. The business idea is that together with other partners, they co-create virtual and physical meeting places where the many can meet, find what they need, and connect with their communities and the world. They do that by creating Meeting places that bring value to people, communities and their planet.

To strengthen their digital capabilities in the visitation area they are looking for an external Digital Project Manager. Main task will be to plan and lead either upgrades of existing Visiting Counting products or install a new product in a new location. Starting date can be adjusted slightly and initially (for a few weeks).

Requirements:
-Plan, organise and execute projects according to the clients Centres decision model and applicable delivery methodology.
-Manage dependencies and interfaces between projects and line organisation.
-Manage time, cost, scope and quality (including sequence of activities, scheduling, resource planning, budget control, change control plan, quality assurance etc.)
-Manage communication by planning and distributing relevant information to stakeholders. Perform project reporting.
-Identify, mitigate, monitor and control risks.
-Manage stakeholders by identifying stakeholders, planning for stakeholder management and following up on engagement.
-Lead and secure a competent and high performing project team.
-Manage change by supporting stakeholders in preparing receiving organisations, learning and communication activities.
-Coach and/or mentor project members and peers to develop project management competence within the client.

Previous knowledge about visitation systems is beneficial.

Duration: 20-Oct-2024 - 31-Mar-2025
Location: Sweden, Skåne region (onsite 2-3 days per week, strict requirement)
You will be working globally and be prepared to travel if needed every second month.
Swedish language is beneficial but not mandatory.
