LiveOps Consultant

Hey, we are currently looking for a LiveOps Consultant for one of our clients operating in the gaming industry!

The client is currently creating two games and is on a mission is to enable their users to meet new people, make friends and give them a place to create and share content in a virtual surroundings.

In the LiveOps role you would play a crucial role in developing and executing the monetization and LiveOps strategy for their biggest game. You would be driving revenue growth, enhancing player engagement, achieving KPIs, managing payments (non-tech), and ensuring overall growth and success. You would have a team of LiveOps Specialists to execute and set up the LiveOps strategy too.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating and fine tuning LiveOps strategies including in-game features and events.
• Ensuring effective implementation of planning and execution processes.
• Focusing on player retention and engagement to ensure high lifetime value.
• Presenting comprehensive reports and results on successes, failures, learnings and recommendations for continuous improvement to Liveops events.
• Be the manager for Community Managers and LiveOps Specialists

For this position we wish you would have:

• Understanding of LiveOps & Monetization strategies for games or similar digital products is essential.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize revenue and player engagement
• Understanding of player motivations and the ability to create compelling experiences that drive engagement and revenue.
